  • To begin, please fill out the request form, which gathers the details needed for an accurate sound bath quote. You can expect a response within 24 hours, often on the same day. My reply will confirm my availability and include rates, essential details and answers to any questions you submitted. Once you review the response, simply let me know if you'd like to proceed with booking, and I will send a link to secure your date.

  • I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends.

    A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due a week before the event.

  • You can choose to pay in full or secure your date with a deposit. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your scheduled event. If booking within 7 days of your event, full payment will be required at time of booking.

    Please note that requested dates are not reserved until a payment has been made.

  • I provide mobile sound baths in Austin and surrounding areas. If you're booking outside of Austin, travel fees may apply when the location is more than 1 hour drive from Austin. I can come to your Airbnb, home, or rental space, or I can help secure a studio space for your group.

  • I currently offer mobile sound bath sessions and do not operate out of a dedicated studio space. I typically travel to homes, workspaces, or vacation rentals to provide sessions. However, if you need a studio space, I have experience renting with several studios in the Austin area and will do my best to secure one near you. Please note that if a studio rental is required, the associated fee will be included in your quote.

  • Yes! You can choose to have props provided, including yoga mats, blankets, small pillows or you’re welcome to provide your own.

    Complimentary weighted eye masks are always included for every guest, whether or not you choose to have full props provided.

  • Sessions typically last 45 minutes, but timing can be adjusted based on your needs.

  • Yes, but unlike traditional meditation, participants do not need to actively focus or practice specific techniques. The sounds naturally guide the mind and body into a meditative state through the process of entrainment, making it accessible to everyone, even those new to mindfulness practices.
