Frequently Asked Questions
-
A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience where you simply lie down and receive sound.
Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, I create gentle, immersive tones that support the nervous system, helping the body shift into rest, regulation, and repair.
Many people describe it as feeling like meditation without effort or a space to soften, release, and reset.
-
Not at all. Sound baths are accessible to everyone. There’s nothing you need to “do” or know ahead of time. You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position and supported the entire time.
-
My approach is not tied to any specific religion or spiritual tradition.
While many people experience sound baths as meaningful or meditative, the foundation of my work is rooted in nervous-system regulation, rest, and wellbeing.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or beliefs.

Very little and that’s the beauty of it. I provide yoga mats, heavyweight yoga blankets, pillows, bolsters, and weighted eye masks.
One of my intentions is for your experience to feel effortless from the moment you arrive (or from the moment I arrive to you). Everything is thoughtfully prepared so you can simply settle in and receive. All props are provided and set up for you before the session begins.
I arrive early to create a calm, welcoming setup so guests can step into a space that already feels grounded and held.
My role is to remove as many decision points as possible so your nervous system can soften before the first sound even begins.
Prefer to Use Your Own Items?
You’re always welcome to! Just note that you don’t need props provided for you when you reach out via email, text, or the booking request form.
Some people love the familiarity of their own items, and that’s completely supported.

My work is trauma-informed and nervous-system centered.
That means sessions are intentionally paced, grounding, and designed to feel safe and supportive, not overwhelming or overly stimulating.

To keep things simple and transparent, you’ll find estimated pricing menus on most service pages, and studio sessions can be booked directly online with set rates. For larger or more customized gatherings, I’m happy to create a personalized quote.
